In most cases the reason is that something blockes the pop ups. Please make sure that pop ups are enabled in the browser settings and you don’t have ad blocker app.

Ad blocker is a plug-in and installed in the browser and usually a red icon appears on the top right corner of the browser if it’s turned on.

Turn it off and restart the browser if necessarry.
